Located on a quiet street and situated close to the Freight’s Surfing Park and Enterprise (Miami) Beach, this spacious, fully furnished, fully screened, upstairs apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Once upstairs, you enter the unit via a small, covered patio, which offers partial ocean views. You then enter the living room through double doors, which is furnished with bamboo furniture, a desk and is cooled via two ceiling fans. The living room flows via a short corridor into an eat in kitchen, equipped with fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.
The bathroom is quite spacious with a stand-up shower, and both bedrooms have two twin beds, ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. Only one bedroom has an air-conditioning unit, but the second bedroom is nice and breezy.
There is no washer in the apartment itself, but there is a washroom located downstairs for the tenant’s use. One off-street parking spot is allocated to the tenant. Tenants can use the back garden to relax, sun tan and enjoy the fruit trees.
Maid service is included two mornings per week, as well as water, shared WiFi and Cable TV, within the asking price of $3,000 per month. Electricity is additional, at the tenant’s expense.
